Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. 

Each no show or late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. 

The rescheduling fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

Late arrivals will result in a shorter session as each session will finish on time. 

If you are 15 mins late, the cuticle and callous removal will be cancelled, and no discounts will be allowed. 

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you are 20 or more mins late, and the same cancellation fee will be applied. 

Double booking is not allowed.

Deposit are non-refundable and can only be deducted after service. 

An additional fee of $100 will be charged for male customer receiving the nail service. 

The removal of acrylic or dip powder material will be subjected to a $100 fee. 

For nails that were done by another salon, there will be a $60 fee for gel removal.
